Beyond the Exam Room’s Policies and Procedures

Thank you for registering for

Beyond the Exam Room’s (BTER’s) Coaching and Educational Programs!

By registering for BTER’s coaching program or BTER U’s Courses, you, as the Client, agree to the following policies and procedures as outlined buy Beyond the Exam Room:

Scheduling:

The Elite Coaching Sessions with Dr. Bonnie Mason is comprised four (4) 1:1 sessions Between Dr. Bonnie and the Client. Each session is scheduled to last one hour, and all four sessions must be completed within six weeks of the first scheduled session.

All sessions will be scheduled by the BTER team upon registration, and the sessions will take place via GoToMeeting unless otherwise specified.

Rescheduling:

Both Dr. Bonnie and the Client understand that sessions will need to be rescheduled to accommodate vigorous schedules. Both Dr. Bonnie and the Client are allowed to reschedule up to two (2) Client sessions within the 6-week period.

If the Client is not able to attend the scheduled or the rescheduled sessions in the allotted six weeks the Client will need to register for additional sessions in a subsequent block.

Refunds:

No refunds will be issued; however, funds may be redeemed for future credit towards additional coaching sessions or online courses.

Confidentiality:

BTER reserves the right to anonymously describe the Client’s general challenges for the purposes of education only. No individual or identifying information will be used in any description or references. BTER will maintain the Client’s confidentiality so as to not compromise the physician’s employment or another status.

Waiver of Liability:

Dr. Bonnie Simpson Mason does not at any time represent herself as an attorney, nor does Beyond the Exam Room represent its content as a substitution for retaining legal advice. Both are to be used for educational purposes only. Clients are strongly encouraged to retain individual legal counsel, and by registering for coaching or courses, you waive Beyond the Exam Room from any legal liability hereafter.
